JAMES FRANK

James Frank, Head of BTG Pactual Strategic Capital, Investment Committee member. Prior to BTG Pactual, James Frank was a Senior Managing Director and Head of Tactical Opportunities at Medley Management. Prior to joining Medley Management, Mr. Frank was a Partner at The Yucaipa Companies, where he focused on private equity and special situations. Prior to Yucaipa, Mr. Frank worked for Apollo Global Management, where he specialized in private equity and distressed debt investments. Mr. Frank began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the investment banking department. Mr. Frank has served on numerous boards, including: NorthStar Group Services, TexMark Timber Treasury, Americold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD), Cloverleaf Cold Storage, Aurora Industrial, PSN, and Evergreen Environmental Partners, among others. Mr. Frank received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

LANSING

Gerrity Lansing, Managing Director, Partner of BTG Pactual & Head of International Private Markets (IPM), Investment Committee member. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lansing was a Founder and CEO of Equator, LLC and its Brazilian subsidiary, TTG Brasil Investimentos Florestais Ltda (“TTG Brasil”), which was acquired by BTG Pactual in 2012 (BVMF: BPAC11). Prior to this, Mr. Lansing spent nearly a decade building and as CEO of Madison Trading, LLC and Chatham Energy Partners, LLC (acquired by The Intercontinental Exchange, NYSE: ICE). He is on the Board of the Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University, the Buckley School in New York City, the National Alliance of Forest Owners (NAFO), Enviva Partners, LP (NYSE: EVA), La Fundación de la Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and Aurora Industrial. Mr. Lansing received his B.A. from Duke University.

STEPHEN

LURITO

Steve Lurito, Senior Advisor, BTG Pactual Strategic Capital, Investment Committee member. Mr. Lurito has spent his career in US public and private equity. Mr. Lurito worked at Warburg Pincus Asset Management (WPAM) where he served in research and portfolio management positions, ultimately as Co-CIO and Operating Committee Member overseeing US$ 23 billion in assets until WPAM’s sale to Credit Suisse. He also was a Partner of Warburg Pincus (private equity). He subsequently served as Senior Portfolio Manager/Director of Research at Forstmann-Leff Associates, CIO of MUUS (Sonnenfeldt Family Office), CIO of U.S. Growth Equities at American Century Investments where he oversaw US$ 30 billion of growth equity funds and Partner of Proteus Capital. In addition, Mr. Lurito serves on the board of PSN, Evergreen Environmental Partners, three venture-stage Boards and is an Emeritus Director of Tiger21. Mr. Lurito received a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

JUSTIN

GOLDBERG

Justin Goldberg, Managing Director, BTG Pactual Strategic Capital. Prior to BTG Pactual, Mr. Goldberg was a Director at BlackRock Inc., where he focused on opportunistic private equity, structured capital and private credit investments as part of the Alternative Investments platform. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Goldberg was an Associate at Irving Place Capital, a middle-market private equity firm in New York. Mr. Goldberg began his career at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institution Group. He currently serves on the board of Aurora Industrial, PSN, and Evergreen Environmental Partners. Mr. Goldberg received a B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University and an M.B.A., Graduation with Honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

GUO

William Guo, Principal, BTG Pactual Strategic Capital. Prior to BTG Pactual, Mr. Guo was a Senior Vice President at Marathon Asset Management, where he focused on opportunistic investments across the capital structure. Prior to joining Marathon, Mr. Guo was an investment professional at Medley Management and an advisory associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Guo received a B.B.A., high distinction, from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an M.B.A., Joseph Wharton Fellow, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

HENDERSON

Brittain Henderson, Vice President, BTG Pactual Strategic Capital. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Mr. Henderson was an Associate at Frontenac Company, a middle market private equity firm focused on the consumer, industrial and business services industries. Prior to joining Frontenac, Mr. Henderson was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup, supporting the Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Industrials groups. Mr. Henderson received a B.A., with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis, with a concentration in Mathematics and Finance.

MICHAEL MILLER

Michael Miller, Associate, BTG Pactual Strategic Capital. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Mr. Miller was an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Investment Bank in the Global Industrials and M&A Group in New York. Previously, Mr. Miller was a member of Barclays Alternative Capital Solutions Team focusing on bespoke private financings. Mr. Miller received a B.S. with distinction in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

KOSCHES

Mitchell Kosches, Associate Partner of BTG Pactual & Chief Operating Officer of IPM. Mr. Kosches has spent his career in accounting, finance, investment banking and Real Assets. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kosches was a Founder and COO of Equator, LLC and its Brazilian subsidiary, TTG Brasil, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations. Prior to joining TTG Brasil, Mr. Kosches was the CFO of Chatham Energy Partners, LLC and Madison Trading, LLC. Mr. Kosches also worked as an investment banker, first at Gruntal & Co., and later at Brean Murray and Co., Inc. and as an accounting manager in Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette's Merchant Banking Group. Mr. Kosches is a licensed CPA, earned his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany and his M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

HADID

Allan Hadid, Managing Partner of BTG Pactual, Head of BTG Pactual Asset Management as well as Chairman of Real Estate, Investment Committee member. Mr. Hadid joined BTG Pactual in July 2014. Prior to that, he was CEO and partner of BRZ Investimentos, a leading independent asset management firm focused on infrastructure. He was also a Board Member of PAR Corretora de Seguros. Previously he held the position of managing partner of GP Investments and Head of Investor Relations from 2006 to 2010. From 2002 to 2006, he was Chief Investment Officer of a Brazilian family office and from 1998 to 2002, he managed the proprietary portfolio for the partners of Banco Matrix. Mr. Hadid holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio and is a CFA charterholder.

ANDRE FERNANDES

André Fernandes, Managing Director, Partner and Chief Risk Officer of BTG Pactual, Investment Committee member. Mr. Fernandes joined BTG in 1997 and, in 2004, assumed responsibility for the control of Credit Risk. In 2006, he became an Executive Director and Head of Credit Risk Control at UBS AG, a position he held until 2009. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Mr. Fernandes worked as an auditor at KPMG, and received a B.A. from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.

KORY

ZVERIN

Kory Zverin, Director at BTG Pactual & Controller of BTG Pactual Strategic Capital. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Mr. Zverin was an Audit Manager at Deloitte primarily responsible for auditing private equity and hedge fund clients. Mr. Zverin is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and earned his B.B.A from Emory University in Atlanta with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.

TOM 

STEIGLEHNER 

Tom Steiglehner, Head of US Private Credit Investments, Investment Committee member. Since 1994, Mr. Steiglehner, has played key roles in starting and building credit businesses, investing and managing more than US$ 10B of senior and junior secured debt, mezzanine debt, high yield debt, and equity investments. Prior to his current role, Mr. Steiglehner was an MD, Partner, Investment and Management Committee member, and Head of the New York office of Fidus Group. From 2011 through 2018, he was a key senior executive at Sixth Street Partners and helped to build its special situation and direct lending platforms (Ticker: TSLX). From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Steiglehner co-founded and built the principal investing effort at Silver Point Capital. Prior to Silver Point, he was at Chase Manhattan Bank, Gleacher and Co., and Wells Fargo Foothill. Mr. Steiglehner graduated from Princeton University and has a law degree.
